Is this ultrasound covered by insurance?
No, elective ultrasounds are not covered by insurance since they are for non-medical purposes. Our ultrasounds are designed to provide a bonding experience, not to replace diagnostic scans from your doctor.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to book an ultrasound?
No referral is needed! Our sessions are elective and available to anyone with a normal, low-risk pregnancy. If you have any medical concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before booking.
How long does an ultrasound session last?
Session lengths vary based on the package you choose, typically ranging from 10 to 45 minutes.

Absolutely! We welcome family and loved ones to share in this special experience. Our studio is designed for a cozy, comfortable viewing environment.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
For the best images:
Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your scan (this helps with amniotic fluid clarity).
Eat a light meal or snack about 30 minutes before your session to encourage baby’s movement.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for easy access to your belly.

Is a 3D/4D ultrasound safe?
Yes! Ultrasounds have been used for decades with no known risks when performed correctly. We use the same ultrasound technology as medical providers but at a lower intensity for non-diagnostic purposes.
Does this replace my medical ultrasound?
No, our ultrasounds are for bonding and keepsake purposes only You should still attend all required medical ultrasounds with your healthcare provider.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly accommodate you. you will forfeit your entire payment.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you in, we allow for a 5 minute buffer in timing to allow for any issues that may arise, if you are more then 5 minutes late your session may need to be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and will be liable for a $25 reschedule fee.
